A gang may have up to 6 members, and no less then 3 members. You may hold tryouts at The River in the Bleach World. Once a gang is formed they get a base wherever they choose (exept in the Rules and Regulations) and it will have a password to it. There are a few ranks to a gang.

Ranks:
Gang Leader: Gives orders and runs the gang. Highest Rank
Right Hand Man: The Gang Leader's pick. He can give orders to people he out-ranks. Second Highest Rank.
Left Hand Man: The Right Hand Man's pick. Can give the orders that the Right hand Man tells him/her to. Third Highest Rank
Assasin: 'Takes care' of people that the gang dosn't like. Forth Highest Rank.
Strong Grunt: A weaker member of the gang. Fith Highest Rank.
Grunt: The weakest gang member. Lowest Rank.


Each gang makes it's own unique skill that each member can use. The gang decides together on the skill and what it dose, is called, and how powerful.
